Hello!

First off- I had the pleasure of meeting your new President, Niki Liddle-Aaron, and wow – this organization is in great hands!  What an exemplary model of a nurse who truly has a passion for this population and is dedicated to providing the best possible care!

I’m writing to introduce myself and would love the opportunity to connect in an effort to provide education and scientific support for the Colorado Association of Nurses for the Developmentally Delayed.  I currently serve as a Clinical Science Liaison (CSL) with Teva Pharmaceuticals, specializing in psychiatry with a focus on schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and drug induced movement disorders.  I bring over a decade of clinical and educational experience, as a Family Nurse Practitioner and former adjunct faculty at the University of Utah College of Nursing.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about translating complex scientific and pharmacologic concepts into meaningful, actionable insights for healthcare professionals. I’ve had the privilege of presenting at regional conferences, mentoring nurse practitioner students, and collaborating with academic institutions to advance evidence-based care.

My background includes:

• Extensive clinical medical experience
• Expertise in long-acting antipsychotics and VMAT2 inhibitors
• A strong foundation in psychopharmacology and receptor pharmacology
• Proven success in clinical education and strategic communication
